In the 5 years the App Store has been live it has hit over 50 billion downloads vs Google Play’s 20 billion downloads, Apple has paid developers over $15 billion on App purchases.

  1. I am a big penny-pincher when it comes to apps. Whenever I see apps like this become free, I download them all and delete them afterwards. As long as they get saved in my iCloud purchases, and perhaps a year later I become interested in cooking or DJ-ing, I can re-downlaod these apps for free.
