Xiaomi Mi 3 MIUI update contains mainly bug fixes and is now available

Xiaomi has started rolling out a new update for its Xiaomi Mi 3 line up of devices. The latest MIUI update with build number KXDMIBF22.0 is now available Over the Air and can also be downloaded from the official Miu forum.

The 591MB update mainly contains bug fixes and small improvements meant to make the overall experience more pleasant and smoother. A number of annoying bugs are fixed like the empty email box in the mail app, issues with auto connecting to wifi etc. Here is a full list of changes:

  • Optimized UI of Notification messages.
  • Homescreen popup window did not show incoming messages, this has been fixed.
  • New Feature Added called Resend all function in Outbox
  • Enhanced speed of batch operation
  • Exchange account login procedure
  • There will be a reminder if a mail was not sent out
  • The add attachment button will always show in the mail composing page
  • Fix – Sometimes app would FC when deleting mails by swiping to the left
  • Fix – Sometimes there were two back icons at More –
  • Fix – Sometimes it would report error when sender box is empty
  • Fix – Some POP accounts could not log in
  • Fix – Using ‘Sort by’ in searching results
  • Fix – Could not send mails by clicking the email address in contact
  • Fix – Could log into a same account repeatedly
  • Fix – Sometimes there were mistakes in folders number counting if there were several accounts
  • Fix – Attachments would continue downloading after pressing stop
  • Fix – Sometimes could not forward mails with attachments
  • Fix – App might exit abnormally when editing account name
  • Fix – App might FC when setting up Hotmail accounts
  • Fix – Inaccurate attachments sizes for IMAP protocol accounts
  • Fix – Mistakes in sorting attachments by date
  • Fix – For some POP3 protocol accounts, couldn’t download an attachment again after deleting it in the attachments management page
  • Fix – Sometimes, app would fake freeze when downloading attachments
  • Fix – Sometimes, mail content would show as unrecognizable codes (06-19)
  • Fix – yeah.net mails couldn’t download attachments
  • Fix – Some POP3 accounts might receive mails repeatedly
  • Fix – Sometimes, couldn’t download images automatically even when connected to WiFi
  • Fix – Sometimes, app would stop responding
  • Fix – Could not open calendar if not logged into a Xiaomi account
  • Fix – Sometimes, app would stop responding
