Samsung Galaxy Alpha official release date is September 10

Samsung has recently unveiled its new 4.7-inch Galaxy Alpha. During the announcement Samsung revealed that the device would become available sometime this September however, it didn’t specify an exact date.

If you are eager to get your hands on this new device and happen to live in the UK you are in luck, you will be able to pre-order the device starting August 28 this can be done from the official Samsung website, Official Samsung store or through selected retailers. It has also announced that those who have pre-ordered it will be able to get the device on September 10. The device will cost £499

 

The new Galaxy Alpha is a 4.7-inch smartphone which is the first Galaxy smartphone to feature a metallic frame. It also has a 720p HD display, Samsung Exynos Octa-core processor at 1.8GHz, 12-megapixel rear camera, a 2.1MP front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM and it will run on Android Kit Kat 4.4.4  You can get it in 4 different colors:  Charcoal Black, Dazzling White, Frosted Gold, Sleek Silver, and Scuba Blue.
