Previous rumors claimed that the Galaxy Note 4 would skip Android 5.0 Lollipop and instead directly update to Android 5.0.1 but now we have official confirmation from the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 User Manual (which you can view here).
The manual shows several software features that will arrive in future updates, most of these features are ones that will be implemented into the Galaxy Note 4 Android 5.0.1 update which according to AndroidPIT will arrive sometime late January 2015.
